The Mission of IBJM

The ultimate purpose of IBJM is to bring the Jewish people in direct contact with the truth of the gospel. However, we recognize that the responsibility for evangelizing every nation with the gospel lies at the door of the local church. The Bible declares that the gospel of Christ is “…to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”

Four-Day Focus

In order to prepare you for a future ministry in leading more Jewish souls to Jesus Christ, IBJM has created the Four-Day Focus. During these four action packed days at the Gartenhaus Training Center in Hixson, Tennessee, you will learn all about what it takes to become a missionary to the Jews.

The Everlasting Nation Museum

The new 3,600 sq. ft. museum will include a stunning replica of a section of the Western Wall in Jerusalem and exhibits depicting Abraham’s tent, the feasts of Israel, a Jewish wedding, famous Jewish Christians, and much more. Opening on Monday, May 14, 2018, the 70th anniversary of the independence of the Nation of Israel!

About IBJM

IBJM was founded in 1949 by Dr. Jacob Gartenhaus. Brought up in an Orthodox Jewish home in Austria, he moved to New York City in his early twenties where he trusted Jesus as Messiah and Savior after reading Isaiah 53. God led Gartenhaus to become an ambassador to his own people, establishing the IBJM ministry.

IBJM Events

IBJM provides individuals, missionaries, pastors, and congregations with a variety of evangelistic training resources, tools, and skills so that they might be better equipped to carry the gospel of Jesus Christ to both the Jew and the Gentile (Romans 1:16).

IBJM Ministries

IBJM is a multi-faceted worldwide mission organization that reaches out specifically to God’s chosen people, the Jews. Most of our ministries are designed to help our current missionaries reach Jewish people, and enlist and train new missionaries to further the work of Christ.
