Mexico City Student Mission Trip
Students: Start the New Year in Mexico!
Why not spend a week with the IBJM team in Mexico City working with our Hispanic missionaries to reach the large Jewish community with the gospel? The team will minister with a local church in a Jewish area and conclude the week with a special evangelistic event on Sunday morning.
There will be tract and Bible distribution, personal witness opportunities with those in the Jewish community, and other outreach activities. Mexico City is home to the largest Jewish community in Mexico and many businesses, notably in the garment district, are owned by Jewish proprietors.
This trip is offered primarily for Bible college students and other young people to experience Jewish missions and evangelism firsthand, in order to encourage them to consider full-time missionary service focused on reaching Jewish communities with the gospel. It offers you a unique opportunity to work with our missionaries on the field in a foreign land. It is often an eye-opening experience to realize that there are Jewish people living and working in many other countries and cultures in the world!
You will also enjoy a day trip to the ancient Pyramids in the heart of the ruins of the Aztec civilization just 30 miles from Mexico City.
Consider joining us for this special trip, serving the Lord in Mexico to begin your New Year before returning to school! It will certainly give you a new perspective on missions, and it may even change the direction of your life!

About IBJM
IBJM was founded in 1949 by Dr. Jacob Gartenhaus. Brought up in an Orthodox Jewish home in Austria, he moved to New York City in his early twenties where he trusted Jesus as Messiah and Savior after reading Isaiah 53.
Persecuted and beaten by friends and forsaken by his family, the young Gartenhaus was led by God to become an ambassador to his own people, establishing the IBJM ministry.
