London Evangelistic Outreach
Sharing the Good News of the Gospel
Next Spring, you will have the opportunity to share the gospel of Jesus the Messiah with Jewish and Gentile people in the United Kingdom, a historical land of castles and monarchs with a long and storied history. It is also home to several large Jewish populations, notably in London and Manchester, England as well as Glasgow, Scotland.
As part of our team, you will get a taste of Jewish life in the British capital city where approximately 200,000 Jewish people can be found in several different neighborhoods.
The British people have become increasingly secular and less interested in religion, especially in the truths of the Word of God. As you share your testimony, distribute literature, and work with a local church, you will have many openings to sow gospel seed and have an impact on the lives of many people who now believe they have no need of God. You can make a difference!
Evangelism Training
We are committed to equipping you in every way possible so that you can have an effective outreach to Jewish people and others in a foreign culture. You will learn how to handle your witnessing to Jewish people, through an on-site training program. Our Jewish friends are special people who have their own unique culture. Our experienced staff will coach you in fruitful ways of sharing your testimony and the good news with others!

London, England
One of Europe’s world class cities, London is a bustling, cosmopolitan metropolis of 15 million people. It is rich in history and British culture and boasts magnificent sights and gardens. The vast majority of Jewish people in Britain live in London. While there has been antisemitism in British history, it was noticeably less than on the European Continent, and there has been considerable support for Israel. About 30% of the Jewish population is secular, unaffiliated with Judaism. IBJM is praying for missionaries to go to this needy Jewish mission field. Could God be calling you?

About IBJM
IBJM was founded in 1949 by Dr. Jacob Gartenhaus. Brought up in an Orthodox Jewish home in Austria, he moved to New York City in his early twenties where he trusted Jesus as Messiah and Savior after reading Isaiah 53.
Persecuted and beaten by friends and forsaken by his family, the young Gartenhaus was led by God to become an ambassador to his own people, establishing the IBJM ministry.
