Passover Demonstrations
International Board of Jewish Missions was founded in 1949 by Dr. Jacob Gartenhaus, a “completed” Jew, who, after being reared in an Orthodox Jewish home in Austria, moved to America in search of riches. Instead, he was led to the Messiah by his older brother in New York City.
Why should Christians be interested in the Jewish Passover? Because it has great spiritual truth embodied within its symbols, based on Exodus 12.
Jewish homes observe this celebration in March or April of each year. An IBJM Passover demonstration illustrates how it was observed in Egypt, how Jesus observed it with His disciples, and how Jews observe it today. The Passover speaks strongly of the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ Himself, in His sacrificial work upon Calvary for the sins of mankind (John 1:29).
Pastors, arrange for this special service, today. IBJM representatives are available to present this powerful demonstration in your church or Christian school. Contact IBJM for more information.
NOTE: Presentations of the Jewish Wedding and the Hebrew Tabernacle can also be scheduled.
Support the Ministry
The ultimate purpose of IBJM is to bring the Jewish people in direct contact with the truth of the gospel. Help IBJM fulfill our purpose by supporting the ministry financially.
About IBJM
IBJM was founded in 1949 by Dr. Jacob Gartenhaus. Brought up in an Orthodox Jewish home in Austria, he moved to New York City in his early twenties where he trusted Jesus as Messiah and Savior after reading Isaiah 53.
Persecuted and beaten by friends and forsaken by his family, the young Gartenhaus was led by God to become an ambassador to his own people, establishing the IBJM ministry.
